The trial phase is 30 days. In beetween this phase a canceling of the webspace-contract is possible. In this phase you can test all features!

*** Inclusive-Domains are for the first year sponsabled from 1awww.com and gratis. To order one or more of this inclusive-Domains is only possible, when the trial phase is endet or when you order one of this domains, that you confirm, that in this moment the trial phase is endet and the normal contract phase is beginn. In the first year a domain-transfer of inclusive-domains is not possible. Domains will been renewal automaticly until you cancel the domain-contracts 3 month before. The prices for the renwals are calculated as the normal domains-prices on our wabpages.

The contract time of this webspace is 12 month and will been renewal automaticly for 12 month until you canceled the contract minimum 1 month before the contract will end. Payments possible monthly, 3 monthly, halfyear or yearly.

** Traffic-Conditions: Traffic is inclusive when is usable in fair-use and your traffic is normal as other webspace-users use! The traffic must used in devided of the time of a month! A calculation base is the maximum of 20th of the webspace per month!

This webspaces flat are stored in highly secured computer centres with multiple binding in Germany and are very quick and performant. Data protections of the servers automatically occur all 24 hours for a period of maximum 7 days. Nevertheless, a back protection from this automatic backup system can be pursued only against expenditure or occurs with a complete server failure what is rather unlikely!

They have to carry out, in addition, the possibility via 4 mouse clicks, a backup of your complete Webspace and your databanks. The automatically generated compressed archive files, you should protect at regular intervals on your local computer!

Further we make available detailed documentation material (in english) that you can call away from your administration surface with few click. Support we perform via ticket system or if necessary we are accessible almost round-the-clock during 365 days to you by telephone!
